Peter Brown

My aim in dentistry is to provide gentle, aesthetic, tailor-made dentistry to patients in a calm and relaxed environment. Happy to see nervous or phobic patients and gain great pleasure in getting those patients through treatment to the point they no longer dread coming.

It has been my pleasure to join the Strand Dental partnership in October 2018, where i have felt very at home working with like minded peers. We offer preventive care; listening to patient’s concerns & educating people how to prevent dental disease.

Committed to providing quality dentistry I qualified in 2006 from the Royal London Hospital and have kept my interest and skills up to date with more training in restorative and aesthetic dentistry, including short-term tooth straightening called CFAST. I love travel, food and the outdoors.

Julie Ridley

I qualified in 1993 from Dundee University. Alongside my conventional dentistry, I love doing cosmetic treatments and tooth straightening - I never tire of seeing the huge difference a straighter whiter smile can make to someone! I completed a year's course in restorative dentistry at the Eastman Dental Hospital in London and in 2009 I qualified as an Invisalign 'invisible braces' practitioner. I also straighten teeth with the 6 Month Smile System. One of the most rewarding parts of my job is getting to know my patients and I enjoy helping those who are anxious to become relaxed and confident about their treatment. In 2001 I began using hypnotherapy techniques which have been very successful.

Yogesh Wadher

Specialist Registrar in Periodontology

I qualified from the Royal London Dental Hospital Whitechapel in 2007 after which I moved to Hove to complete my vocational training. Alongside working as an Oral Surgeon I have been working as a Specialist Registrar in Periodontology at Guys Dental Hospital in London since 2011. Periodontal treatment not only saves teeth but has the potential benefit of improving general health. This is particularly true in relation to cardiovascular disease, diabetes onset and control, and adverse pregnancy outcomes. My interests in periodontology are in the new and innovative treatments of gingival recession and the regeneration of periodontal ligament and bone.
